Responsibilities

- Report maintenance issues and customer feedback promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6-8 hour blocks)
- Valid California ID and reliable transportation
- Basic smartphone proficiency for payment processing
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Positive attitude and stress management skills
- No prior event staffing experience required – training provided
