Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming customer tickets via phone and email during evening shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance for our suite of software products.
- Document all customer interactions and technical data in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to company service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or Business preferred.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
