Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and customer service to clients primarily in North Carolina and Virginia.
- Manage weekend shifts effectively, ensuring all service tickets are resolved within SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and mentoring student interns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or currently enrolled in college (Students Welcome).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote VA support.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
