Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels on the warehouse floor.
- Material Handling: Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming and outgoing shipments, and manage documentation.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and counting, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols.
- License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
