Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment in warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to East Baltimore location
- Availability to work 3-4 days/week (including weekends)
