Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and shipping schedules.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to ensure product availability and freshness.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity to minimize returns and customer complaints.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to maintain a secure environment for everyone.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily tasks and handle paperwork, including packing slips and shipping labels.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistency in a work environment.
