Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure safety standards are met at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and verifying stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
