Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service with menu knowledge and upselling expertise
- Process orders accurately using POS systems while maintaining cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless food/beverage delivery
- Handle payments and maintain accurate cash drawer procedures
- Ensure dining areas are immaculate and consistently restocked
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences

Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
