Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests following established protocols
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for timely order fulfillment
- Manage table cleanliness and station organization throughout shift
- Process payments and reconcile cash receipts accurately
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain DC Food Handler's certification
- Team-oriented with positive attitude
