Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings with enthusiasm
- Process orders accurately using our modern POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Ensure cleanliness and ambiance standards are consistently maintained
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace
- Contribute to a positive team culture through open communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Valid California Food Handler Card and TABC certification
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during rushes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available evenings and weekends (Thu-Sun)
