- Master 50+ menu items and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately via POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order flow

Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience required
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- NYC Food Handler certification preferred
