Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm Southern hospitality
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders via POS system
- Manage table rotation and timing for optimal guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cleanliness standards
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance sales
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food service/server experience required
- Tennessee Alcohol Server Permit (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Food safety certification preferred
