Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with warm, personalized interactions
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverage selections
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams during peak rushes
- Maintain immaculate table settings and station cleanliness
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- LA County food handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional knowledge of wine, craft cocktails, and menu ingredients
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for catering shifts)
