Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service with menu knowledge and wine pairing expertise
- Process orders accurately using our digital POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing
- Maintain clean dining stations and impeccable table presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Support opening/closing procedures including restocking
- Participate in weekly training sessions for menu updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TX Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Weekend/weekday evening availability required
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions/allergies
- Ability to stand 8+ hours with frequent movement
- Basic POS system proficiency
