Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests, including order taking, beverage service, and meal delivery
- Master menu knowledge and wine pairings to make informed recommendations
- Process payments accurately and maintain a clean, organized dining station
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of fine dining restaurant experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
