Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and offer detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner, ensuring quality standards.
- Handle payments, process credit cards, and manage tips with accuracy.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one immediately.
- Proficiency with POS systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
