Responsibilities
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival with a warm, welcoming smile.
- Present menus and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Handle cash transactions and process various payment methods efficiently.
- Clean and reset tables between service periods to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Upsell specialty drinks and desserts to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous server experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry trays safely.
