Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide menus with a friendly introduction to set the tone for a perfect meal.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen using the POS system efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to established presentation and safety standards.
- Clean tables and maintain a pristine dining area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and process payments securely.
- Upsell specials and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Assist with side work and opening/closing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required (we train great candidates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) for long periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, but willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet our busy schedules.
- A valid food service handler card (if required by local law).
