Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to all guests
- Accurately process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous food service/server experience preferred
- Must be 18+ (alcohol service certification required)
- Ability to stand/walk 6+ hours per shift
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Food Handler's certification preferred
