Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service to guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Accurately process orders using our POS system and handle payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover during peak hours
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate management when needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently during busy service periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food allergens and dietary restrictions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
