Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Master menu details, daily specials, and beverage pairings
- Process orders accurately through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Handle cash transactions, split payments, and reconcile receipts
- Maintain immaculate station cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Contribute to positive team culture during peak rushes
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual dining server experience required
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Strong verbal communication and customer rapport abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS proficiency (Toast, Square, or similar)
- Positive attitude under pressure and team-first mentality
