Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, beverage refills, and meal delivery
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months prior server or food service experience required
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems (e.g., Square, Toast)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Food Handler/Safe Serve certification preferred
