Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with attentiveness and professionalism
- Accurately process food/drink orders using our POS system
- Upsell menu items and seasonal specials to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean dining stations and adhere to sanitation standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and support teams
- Closeout tables efficiently during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- TAMSA or TABC certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced setting
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Safety certification preferred
