Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with genuine warmth and attention to detail
- Accurately process orders and payments using our POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for flawless execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Expertly recommend menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team atmosphere
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ohio food handler certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for catering events)
