Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously during peak hours
- Masterfully execute food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Upsell specialty dishes, seasonal cocktails, and desserts to enhance check averages
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate concerns to management
- Maintain clean, organized stations and support kitchen during rushes
- Collaborate with bartenders and hosts to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of high-volume restaurant server experience required
- Knowledge of craft beers, wine pairings, and gluten-free dietary needs
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (15-25 hrs/week)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- Valid Colorado alcohol service certification (TIPS/LEAD certified preferred)
- Exceptional multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to Aspen Avenue location
