Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, food delivery, and beverage refills
- Process payments accurately through POS systems and manage cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order execution
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- TAMSA (Texas Alcohol Mandatory Seller Training) certification preferred
- Positive attitude with dedication to outstanding service
