Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service, including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain clean dining areas, restock supplies, and adhere to sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Uphold food safety protocols and allergen awareness procedures
- Support team during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts (15-25 hours/week)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
