Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously while maintaining order accuracy
- Expertly navigate our seasonal menu and wine pairings to enhance guest experiences
- Process payments efficiently using our POS system while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of courses and special requests
- Maintain pristine dining station cleanliness throughout shift
- Contribute to daily side work duties including restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience required
- Valid Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Basic math proficiency for order modifications and payment processing
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
