Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials
- Manage station cleanliness, table turnover, and order accuracy during peak hours
- Process payments efficiently via POS system and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Upsell premium menu items, beverages, and special promotions
- Adhere to all health/safety protocols and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience required
- Florida alcohol server certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to support all restaurant stations
