Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Process orders efficiently using our modern POS system while maintaining accuracy
- Manage station cleanliness and table turnover to ensure optimal guest flow
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling protocols
- Participate in opening/closing duties including side station setup and breakdown
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant server experience preferred
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
