Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with prompt order taking and food/beverage delivery
- Build genuine rapport with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all health safety protocols and food handling standards
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months food service experience preferred (training provided for exceptional candidates)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old to handle alcohol service
- Food Handler/Manager certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
