Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately process orders and payments via our modern POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar teams for flawless execution
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Ohio Food Handler Certification required
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast/TouchBistro experience a plus)
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
