Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service with warm, personalized hospitality
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables during peak dining hours
- Process orders accurately through POS system
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff
- Upsell signature dishes and premium beverages
- Maintain pristine table settings and station cleanliness
- Handle payment transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining/server experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Valid CA Food Handler Card required
- TAM certification a plus
