Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide detailed menu guidance
- Take accurate food/beverage orders and input into POS system
- Deliver orders promptly with attention to presentation
- Manage table cleanliness throughout service
- Process payments efficiently and reconcile cash drawers
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant/server experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Valid Michigan food handler certification
