Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service including order taking, beverage refills, and timely food delivery
- Memorize menu items, specials, and allergens to provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Process payments accurately through POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Reset and maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service flow
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment
