Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, friendly table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly manage order accuracy and timing for food/beverage delivery
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rush periods
- Ensure immaculate table maintenance and station cleanliness
- Upsell seasonal specials and high-margin menu items
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with positive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months restaurant/server experience required
- TABC certification or ability to obtain immediately
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (25 lbs max)
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal communication and guest rapport abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency (training provided)
- Availability to work evenings/weekends with minimal notice
