Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, warm, and professional service to every guest from the moment they arrive until they depart.
- Master our menu and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Accurately take orders and process payments through our POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including resetting tables promptly.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with grace and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant setting is required.
- Proven ability to provide top-tier customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Food Handler's card (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
