As a server, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. We offer a competitive hourly rate plus a lucrative tip pool.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests warmly, present menus, and provide recommendations to ensure a perfect start to their dining experience.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and drinks with precision and timing, ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Maintain Atmosphere: Keep tables clean and organized, resetting them efficiently between courses to maximize table turnover.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest appetizers, drinks, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Guest Relations: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
