Responsibilities
- Deliver polished table service with attention to detail and timing
- Expertly explain seasonal menu items and wine pairings
- Maintain pristine station setup and cleanliness standards
- Process orders accurately through our digital POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- Knowledge of San Francisco's seasonal ingredients and wine regions
- Ability to multitask during peak service periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California Food Handler Card required
- Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
