Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and access control at event venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols during high-energy events
- Collaborate with venue teams to execute seamless event operations
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Assist with setup/teardown of event equipment and signage
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert/venue experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Availability for at least 3 events per month
