Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services, including registration, information assistance, and crowd management
- Execute venue setup and breakdown according to event specifications
- Maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure seamless operations
- Support vendors and performers with logistical coordination
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
- Represent Vibrant Events LA with professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across LA County
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus
- Must pass mandatory background check
