Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promote new offerings
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards exceed health codes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with management to optimize store operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Basic inventory management experience
- ServSafe or food handler certification preferred
