Responsibilities
- Guest engagement and exceptional customer service at event entrances, registration desks, and activity stations
- Setup and breakdown of event spaces including decor, furniture, and technical equipment
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Collaborate with vendors, security, and event management teams for seamless operations
- Manage attendee flow and resolve logistical challenges with professionalism
- Uphold brand standards through polished appearance and positive interactions
- Post-event cleanup and venue restoration to original condition
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varying conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid Maryland ID and ability to pass background check
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
