Responsibilities
- Master espresso preparation and latte art techniques through our paid training program
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Learn and uphold our coffee quality standards and recipes
- Engage with customers to recommend products and build loyalty
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn coffee craft
- Reliable punctuality and commitment to teamwork
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available for early morning shifts (4-10 AM)
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Food Handler's Certificate (will be provided during training)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
