Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at premium Anchorage events
- Execute venue setup, breakdown, and operational protocols
- Manage guest flow and VIP concierge services
- Coordinate with event teams for seamless execution
- Maintain brand standards and premium service levels
- Handle cash operations and vendor coordination
- Provide real-time problem resolution during events
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-end event or hospitality experience
- Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Alaska residency preferred
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with luxury event brands preferred
