Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to 4-6 tables simultaneously
- Expertly describe seasonal menu offerings and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain pristine dining room standards and sanitation protocols
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Contribute to daily opening/closing duties
Qualifications
- 1+ years fine dining or high-volume restaurant experience
- SF Food Handler Card and alcohol certification
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (3-5 shifts weekly)
- Knowledge of POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
- Physical stamina to stand 6+ hours per shift
