Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service with warm, attentive hospitality
- Accurately process orders and payments using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations and restock supplies
- Upsell signature dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of table service experience in full-service restaurant
- Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft beverages
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings with composure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
