Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems
- Upsell specialty dishes and premium beverages
- Maintain clean, sanitized dining stations and restock supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to food safety and health code regulations
Qualifications
- Must be available for 3-4 evening shifts weekly (including weekends)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Reliable transportation to West Colfax location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and serve alcohol certification
