Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service in a fast-paced fine-dining environment
- Execute food and beverage orders with precision and speed
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and table turnover
- Upsell specialty dishes and seasonal menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant serving experience preferred
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (4-10pm shifts)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of wine/beer pairings a plus
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US
- NYC Food Handler certification required
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
