Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced bar/venue setting
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support team during peak evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old (TABC certification a plus)
- Evening/night availability required (minimum 3 shifts/week)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented
- Reliable transportation to downtown location
- No experience necessary – training provided!
